JOHN KRUPINSKI
Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer
John joined BMT in July of 2020 as its CFO. He was appointed CEO in March of 2024. He is a steel industry veteran with significant metals industry executive leadership experience. Immediately prior to arriving at BMT, John was the CEO & CFO at Jame Roll Form Products. Prior to that, he held CFO positions at Versatile Processing Group, Esmark, and McCook Metals Group. His experience in the metals industry was preceded by a number of years in public accounting. John is a CPA who has earned a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University and a Master’s degree in Taxation from DePaul University.
KATHLEEN SULLIVAN
Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel
Kathleen first became affiliated with BMT in May of 2020. In June of 2020 she stepped in as CAO and General Counsel. Kathleen brought with her almost 30 years of HR, LR and Legal experience, over 20 of those years in the metals industry. Before coming to BMT she was Vice President-Administration & Counsel for Specialty Steel Works Incorporated. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Corey Steel Company. Kathleen began her career in private law practice concentrating in labor and employment law and litigation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Juris Doctor from DePaul University.
ANDY ANNAKIN
Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer
Andy joined BMT in July of 2020. He brought with him over 30 years of sales leadership experience in the metals industry. Prior to joining BMT, Andy was Director of Plate Sales at Olympic Steel; VP of Sales & Marketing at CMC Impact Metals; and General Manager of Sales at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. His experiences at both mills and distributors has provided him unique insights in building winning partnerships between the two. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University.
JIM FINK
Chief Operating Officer
Jim’s more than 35 years of tube manufacturing leadership experience is wide and deep. At Bull Moose Tube alone, he has served in a variety of leadership capacities: Plant Manager at the Gerald, MO facility; General Manager of Corporate Engineering; General Manager of Operations, Continuous Improvement and Engineering; and VP-Technical Services and Continuous Improvement. In 2024 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Bull Moose, Jim spent time with Maverick Tube and Boomerang Tube in engineering positions of progressively increasing responsibility. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Automated Manufacturing and Robotics from ITT Technical Institute, Indianapolis, IN.
